Saved us from a total moisture nightmare! ​We noticed high humidity and signs of mold creeping in, and I.R.M came to the rescue. Brandon came out right away, diagnosed the moisture issue under our floorboards, and gave us a clear plan to fix it. The crew worked tirelessly and completely encapsulated the space with a heavy-duty vapor barrier. The air quality in our house feels totally refreshed now.
